Brother Ricky came into town for a 2-week training stint and we couldn't wait to get back on the water. We've never had less than a spectacular day and the streak stayed true to form this time out, too. Ricky's first was the biggest of the day and only a few minutes after pulling up to the first spot.

After the wind started laying down we pulled out the fly rods and caught another 13 fish; each of us taking turns on the platform. That's not counting the 6 misses and another 4 fish that spit the fly after being hooked up.

We're finally starting to get into the spring pattern and the reds are actively prowling for prey. It was a great day with a great friend.
